Guideline for choosing Supermicro rackmount
barebone servers:
- Form factor of the server enclosure.
- Right type of the motherboard.
- Right type of the processors.
- The maximum memory that you need.
- Either hot-swap HD function is needed.
- Color of the server, choose from either
black or beige.
- Additional components might have to
purchased with the servers (Ex: additional CD-ROM Drives, Video Cards,
Rackmount mounting kit).
