The customer will pay for return shipping, We realize that it is not your
fault if a product is defective, but please understand it is not our fault if a
product is defective -- we ship what our distributors & manufacturers
provide us with. This is why we share the shipping costs associated with a
return replacement. The customer will pay for return shipping, and we will
pay to ship the replacement. All the replacement will be done by Ground
Service. We cannot offer our everyday low prices and absorb the full cost of
handling return shipments.
Package Damaged or Lost
Shipping damage and lost packages must be claimed to the shipping carrier at
the time of delivery. If some items are missing, it needs to be reported to
MemoryLabs.com within 24 hours as well as shipping carrier
MemoryLabs.com provides technical specifications listed on our website, so that
you can make an educated buying decision. For further information or questions
beyond what is listed, please check with the manufacturer. MemoryLabs.com can
not guarantee compatibility.
Shipping charges are not refundable. All products returned
to MemoryLabs.com for refund are subject to a 20% restocking fee. The 20%
restocking fee may be charged on the base of current price. Products must
be returned within 30 days from the date of the original invoice. Memory
must be returned within 10 days from the date of invoice for the refund or exchange with the different model. No returns on any type
of CPUs. All which require an RMA number to be assigned by
our customer service department.
Due to manufacturer's warranty policies, MemoryLabs.com can not accept refunds or returns
on All Software, Retail Boxed Processors, Notebooks, Blank Media Cartridges,
Printer Cartridges, Special Ordered Product and all the Category which displays NOT REFUNDABLE message. No refunds or returns for any phsical damaged merchandise. Defective merchandise can be returned to the manufacturer
Return Merchandise Authorization
All the returning product requires the RMA number to be assigned by our customer service department. The RMA Department will be not responsible for the returning product without the RMA Number. The returning product without the RMA number will be rejected.
Physical Damage Policy
Physical damage to any product purchased at memoryLabs.com will effectively void warranty coverage. Improper Installation of CPU fans and/or improper clocking may cause CPUs to chip. CPUs that are chipped, burnt or have bent pins are considered physically damaged and cannot be returned for refund or replacement. Physical damage includes but is not limited to improper handling and/or any other type of damage sustained by irregular usage. As a result, MemoryLabs.com will return any physically damaged merchandise back to the customer at the customer's expense.
MemoryLabs.com will pay the replacement shipping back to customers with the
insured ground service. However, if the product sent back from customer is under
normal function condition, MemoryLabs.com will apply the handling charge on
customer. Advanced replacement can only be issued within 30 days approved
by the RMA Department. MemoryLabs.com will charge the replacement cost and
shipping. After MemoryLabs.com receive the defective product, the
replacement cost will be credited back to the customer. Customer will be
responsible for the shipping charge on any advanced replacement.
Delivery & Shipping Address
Memorylabs.com cooperates with most of shipping companies such as FedEx, UPS and USPS. FedEx is our default shipping carrier. We honor each otherís Service Terms & Conditions. For Signature of Delivery Services, FedEx (nor UPS) does not guarantee that the credit card holder will be the person who signs for the package.
Due to the high risk of identity theft age, we suggest all of our online customers sign and receive their own packages.
Memorylabs.com is not responsible for any chargeback base on the Signature of Delivery. (For more information about the Signature of Delivery, please go to www.fedex.com or www.ups.com for more details explanation.) We also require our online customers to provide same shipping and billing address, according to The Internet Financial Merchant Policy. Memorylabs.com has the final right to not ship to any unconfirmed address. Memorylabs.com will retain the final right to interpret.
Handling Charges for
If customers put the wrong delivery addresses on the sales orders, we have to request FEDEX to redelivery. The FEDEX will charge $10 for redelivery. We will apply this expense
and $5 more handling fee to your credit card account.
Non-Deliverable Shipping Addresses
MemoryLabs.com ships to addresses in the 50 United States, with the following
- Private mail boxing locations (USA)
- Hotels / Motels, etc. (USA)
- Trade Shows / Conventions / Conferences
- Freight Forwarders
The product you have ordered is currently
unavailable at any of our warehouse locations. This item may not have been
available either when you ordered it originally or another customer's order
placed ahead of yours may have depleted the available inventory. We apologize
for the inconvenience.
Many backordered items are restocked within 7 -10days. With that in mind, we will keep your order open and do our best to ship
the item you ordered. If you would like to cancel your backorder, you must get the email
confirmation for your backorder cancellation.
For items that are not in stock, we will notify you by e-mail. We will
provide you with estimated time of arrival (ETA dates) for any backordered
